IHOW TO MAKE A WARRANT/LAW.. Like the difference between "those who can't read and those who don't read" ("Nothing", Mark Twain)... Or the fact that "PENUCILLIN NEVER CURED ANYONE WHO DIDN'T TAKE ANY" ("Enemy Doctors", COVID-19 EPIDEMIC)....America's problem is not that "We're racist, sexist, homophobes, or 'just don't have the transparent government' we need"....It's that "WITHOUT PROPER GRAND JURY FUNCTION (AND PROPER JURYLESS/IN-SOLIDO COURT FUNCTION), WE HAVE 'NO GOVERNMENT' [NEEDED TO MAKE THE VERDICTS/WARRANTS/LAWS WE REQUIRE TO LIVE], INSTEAD WE HAVE ONLY AN EVER WORSENING RACKET", CREATED AND PAID TO BE SUCH A "TRUE GOVERNMENT"...BUT, without the "properly functioning government/grand-or-trial-juries/properly-functioning-in-solido-courts" needed to correct our current malfunctions ...And our Grand Juries don't work...Or, perhaps I should, more co...
